This role involves entering incoming orders for pharmacy services, informing customers about receipt, pricing, shipping dates, and delays, and responding to customer inquiries.

Hours: 1st shift

Responsibilities

1. Enter customer details, product information, and specifications into the order entry system.
2. Verify and input physician information.
3. Enter new medication orders and refills.
4. Sort, correlate, and distribute faxed documents.
5. Respond to customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
6. Verify order accuracy and completeness.
7. Assist in preparing and shipping orders.
8. Check inventory for requested items.
9. Review orders for completeness and forward incomplete ones for further processing.
10. Maintain high standards of excellence and support company goals.
11. Adhere to all laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
12. Perform duties with a friendly, team-oriented attitude.
13. Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• FL Pharmacy Technician registration or eligibility.

Experience

• 1 to 3 years in order entry, sales, or service center roles; healthcare, senior living, pharmacy, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
