Bilingual Order Desk Representative

This full-time role involves processing customer orders for electric works and LDS product categories, managing account credit/debit charges, preparing documentation, supporting delivery arrangements, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Process customer orders, prepare documentation, and monitor special pricing or promotions.
  2. Manage stock availability, handle customer requests, and process orders via phone, email, ZNET, and EDI.
  3. Enter order data into SAP, communicate order status to customers, and ensure satisfaction.
  4. Prepare purchase orders in SAP, maintain pricing and delivery requirements with vendors.
  5. Coordinate with factories and vendors to ensure timely delivery and inventory levels.
  6. Investigate invoicing issues, correct discrepancies, and process customer returns.
  7. Support other order desk areas as backup, assist internal contacts, and generate reports.
  8. Perform general administrative duties as needed.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
  • High school diploma with 1-year related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Excel and SAP ECC is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Product and software knowledge to assist order placement.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
