Job summary

Urban Barn Ltd. is seeking an Order/Logistics Administrator to support and follow up on customer orders and ensure smooth flow from warehouse to customers. This in-office role is located on Annacis Island, Delta, BC, with Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm hours and potential Saturday availability.

You will liaise with 3PL partners, handle E‑Commerce shipping logistics, and assist with warehouse inventory management. Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication is essential.
• Experience in customer orders and support roles.
• Experience in an office environment preferred.
• High attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Excel; SAP is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Handle and organize customer orders and shipping logistics.
• Review orders for accuracy and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide status updates and resolve order issues with stakeholders.
• Communicate with 3PL partners to manage shipment and delivery.
• Support E‑Commerce orders and warehouse inventory processes.

Join our team as an Order/LogisticsAdministrator at our office and facility located on Annacis Island, in Delta, BC.

Contribute to Urban Barn's commitment to exceptional customer service. As an Order/Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and following up on customer orders to ensure their accuracy and ensuring the flow of product from the warehouse to our customers is seamless.

Our Logistics team works in-office, from Monday to Friday, from 7:30am – 4:00pm (availability on Saturday might be considered an asset). We are looking for candidates who are available to work full‑time (40 hours per week).

What You Will Do:

• Complete customer order administration andorganize shipping logistics
• Review and troubleshoot orders for accuracy
• Collaborate to resolveorder issues, and provide status updates
• Communicate with 3PL partners to manage order shipment and delivery
• Manage and support E-Commerce orders and shipping logistics
• Assist with warehouse inventory management

What You Bring:

• Excellentverbal and written communication skills; customer service skills considered an asset
• Experience in customer orders and support roles preferred
• Experience in an office environment preferred
• High attention to detail and exceptional critical thinking skills
• Intermediate MS Outlook and Excel; working knowledge of SAP considered an asset
• Multitasking and time management skills
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask
• Ability to work at a desk and on a computer for 95% of the day
