We are looking for a licensed Property Manager immediately.

Mandarin speaking is an asset.

As we are growing at a rapid pace, we are seeking a highly motivated licensed Property Manager to join our expanding skilled team of professionals in a permanent position.

The perfect candidate will be a SERVICE DRIVEN self-starter who is confident in their ability to maintain strong client relationships, as well as excel in generating a constant roster of new clients.

MUST have a current B.C. Property Manager License

Tasks

• Demonstrate a POSITIVE CAN DO attitude
• Cultivate an ongoing successful referral platform with clients and Real Estate Agents
• Meet with clients who need specific attention with confidence to understand their needs
• Sign leases on Authentisign
• Follow up with client meetings where necessary to maintain and nurture strong client relationships
• Effective problem solver, detail-oriented and a strong resolve to succeed
• Work well independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent communicator who thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
• Must be organized, professional and excel in time management
• Contact your clients on a minimum weekly schedule
• Follow up on all viewings of active portfolio
• Process applications quickly and effectively
• Buildium experience is an asset

Requirements

• Must have a valid BC Property Manager License
• Must have a valid BC Driver's License
• Mandarin speaking is an asset
