Job description

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Manager (Certified OCM) to lead and optimize our supply chain operations through the implementation and management of Oracle Cloud SCM or Oracle E-Business Suite. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between supply chain strategy and technology, ensuring seamless integration, efficiency, and scalability across all platforms. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Planning, Logistics, IT) to align business needs with Oracle SCM capabilities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between supply chain stakeholders and Oracle technical teams.
  • Manage and maintain SCM master data and configuration across Oracle platforms.
  • Analyze supply chain performance and generate reports to recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and documentation during new deployments or upgrades.
  • Oversee issue resolution, patch updates, and system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, industry standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations with at least 3+ years in Oracle SCM (Cloud or EBS).
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM modules such as: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, and Product Hub.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle SCM implementation and/or upgrade projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle SCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist).
  • Experience with integrations between Oracle SCM and third-party logistics or ERP platforms.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications is a plus.
  • Project management experience (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies).
