Oracle Cloud ERP Manager

The Oracle SCM Consultant - Demand Management, Supply Chain Management (Demand Forecast, Replenishment) is a specialized consulting role focused on implementing and optimizing Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud solutions. This role emphasizes demand forecasting, inventory replenishment, and data management to support supply chain planning and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to design, develop, and test supply chain planning solutions, including Demand Management, Sales and Operations Planning, Supply Planning, and Backlog Management.
  • Lead business assessment and implementation workshops, advising clients on Oracle SCM Cloud functionality, features, and best practices.
  • Design and Configure Oracle SCM Solutions
  • Implement Oracle Demand Management Cloud to sense and predict demand using internal and external signals.
  • Implement Oracle Supply Planning Cloud to generate supply replenishment plans.
  • Apply machine learning and scenario simulation to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Configure and manage Oracle Min-Max Planning and Safety Stock Replenishment.
  • Automate supply releases and maintain inventory within defined thresholds.
  • Develop test scripts, create user manuals, and train users on Oracle SCM Cloud capabilities.
  • Manage data migration and integration from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion SCM.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across planning modules and external systems.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of planning parameters, master data, and integration points.

Here's What You Need :

  • Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM Cloud modules, especially Demand Management and Supply Planning.
  • Experience with data migration, cleansing, and integration in Oracle Fusion SCM.
  • Understanding of supply chain planning processes and KPIs.
  • Ability to configure forecasting models and planning parameters.
  • Familiarity with machine learning applications in demand forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in leading workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
