Job summary

Huron is seeking a Manager to own the end-to-end Oracle PPM solutions design, aligned with client goals, and to lead workshops translating requirements into future-state designs.

You will perform hands-on Oracle Cloud Projects implementations, partnering with clients and senior team members to ensure successful delivery and scalable ERP solutions. Travel up to 50% is expected, with eligibility for annual incentive and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle PPM experience and ERP cloud knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Solutions design for Oracle PPM, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to translate requirements into future-state designs.
• Hands-on implementation of Oracle Cloud Projects with senior team support.
• Design future-state business processes and functional solution design with clients.
• Oversee configuration, testing and end-user training; guide testing of conversions and integrations.
• Collaborate with integration, reporting and data teams on end-to-end design and standards.
