You are:

An experienced Oracle Integration Cloud Developer.

The Work:

• As an HCM Extracts developer, you will design, build, and configure HCM/ERP extracts to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to work independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation in team discussions and providing solutions to work-related problems are essential.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Implement best practices in application design and development to enhance performance and user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to improve application development processes.
• Develop and support Oracle HCM/ERP integrations, extensions, and reports.
• This role is based in our Local ATCs (Montreal/Toronto) and requires on-site work 2-3 days per week.

Here’s what you need:

• Expert proficiency in Design & Build Enablement.
• Experience with OIC in an Integration role.
• Bachelor’s degree or college program in a related discipline.

English proficiency is required as this role involves working with multi-national teams where English is the common language. Due to high interaction volume with English-speaking teams, this requirement cannot be bypassed.

Bonus points if you have:

• Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management and Build Management.
• An Oracle Cloud certification.
• Hands-on experience with PL/SQL or Core Java.
• Proficiency in HTML/Web development.
• Experience with Python.
