Oracle HRMS R12 Techno-functional Lead - 1m Contract

The consultant will support Release 12 Oracle Human Resources solutions to the Customer. The consultant will communicate with business users to understand support issues (L2 and L3) and provide issue resolutions while working with the client L1 support team. The candidate will be involved in the full life cycle of the support-issue-resolution-mechanism to deliver resolutions to the client.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  1. 5+ years of experience in Oracle Applications R12 HRMS Modules.
  2. Mandatory experience in Oracle HR, SSHR, and OTL modules.
  3. Experience with Altirius - Incident Management system and JIRA - Problem Management system is a plus.
  4. Experience with OLM, Oracle Fusion Apps - Goal Management, and Performance Management is a plus.
  5. Experience with different technical components of HR Modules like Discoverer Reports, Interfaces, and Extensions.
  6. Understanding of Oracle HR Modules process flow and setups.
  7. At least one Oracle R12 Support and/or implementation project experience.
  8. Ability to communicate with users worldwide, understand business process issues, and provide resolutions and implement enhancement solutions.
  9. Ability to coordinate with the offshore team on 24x7 support issue resolutions, enhancement/development works.
