Job summary

A leading company in IT consulting is looking for an Oracle HRMS R12 Techno-functional Lead for a 1-month contract. This position requires extensive experience in Oracle HRMS modules to support global business users effectively. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to resolve issues and implement enhancements, providing comprehensive support in a dynamic IT environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Applications R12 HRMS Modules.
  • Experience in Oracle HR, SSHR and OTL modules mandatories.
  • At least one Oracle R12 Support and/or implementation project experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support Release 12 Oracle HR solutions and resolve support issues.
  • Work with business users to understand issues and provide resolutions.
  • Coordinate with offshore team on 24x7 support issue resolutions.

Oracle HRMS R12 Techno-functional Lead - 1m Contract

The consultant will support Release 12 Oracle Human Resources solutions to the Customer. The consultant would talk to business users to understand the support issues (L2 and L3) and provide issue resolutions working with client L1 support team. Candidate would be involved in full life cycle of the support-issue-resolution-mechanism to deliver resolutions to the client.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Applications R12 HRMS Modules.
- Mandatory to have experience in Oracle HR, SSHR and OTL modules.
- Good to have worked on Altirius - Incident Management system and JIRA- Problem Management system.
- Good to have OLM, Oracle Fusion Oracle Fusion Apps - Goal Management, Performance Management.
- Should have worked on different technical components of HR Modules like Discoverer Reports, Interfaces and Extensions.
- Should understand the Oracle HR Modules process flow and setups.
- Should have at least one Oracle R12 Support and/or implementation project experience.
- Should be able to communicate with users worldwide, understand the business process issues and provide resolutions and implement enhancement solutions
- Can coordinate with the offshore team on 24x7 support issue resolutions, enhancement/development works.
