Job description

Introduction

IBM is hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion Reports Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom reports and analytics for our Oracle Fusion Financials environment.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Financial modules and hands-on experience with tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and develop reports using OTBI and BI Publisher tools, including building queries, creating data models, and formatting reports for visual clarity.
  • Develop interactive dashboards to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics in an easily digestible format.
  • Ensure accurate data retrieval from various sources and transform data for reporting purposes.
  • Test reports thoroughly for functionality and accuracy before deployment.
  • Provide training to end-users on accessing and utilizing reports and dashboards effectively.
  • Troubleshoot report functionality issues as needed.
  • Continuously learn and implement new features of OTBI and BI Publisher tools.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience in Fusion Report Development.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying data sources.
