Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM projects.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Define and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, and engagement profitability.
• Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Manage customer expectations and monitor scope creep.
• Ensure scope changes are clearly called out, agreed upon, and adjusted against the timeline.
• Identify dependencies between stakeholder groups to ensure alignment, risk mitigation, and communication.
• Report progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor and internal teams; escalate issues as needed and initiate corrective actions.
• Perform resource management, utilization, planning, estimation, release, and risk management.
• Work with stakeholders to monitor workstream progress for successful go-live.
• Monitor and report on project budget.
• Travel to client sites as required.
• Collaborate with a global team to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.
