Job summary

Infosys seeks an Oracle Fusion HCM Technology Lead to implement and support Core HR, Benefits and Payroll modules for CANADA public sector clients. You will guide projects through the SDLC and translate complex solutions for diverse audiences, ensuring smooth delivery and top system performance.

You will lead client engagements, focusing on Benefits Management and Payroll in the CANADA public sector, with deep knowledge of Canada payroll processes and Oracle Global Payroll/Benefits Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• 12+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation for CANADA (Benefits, Core HR, Payroll).
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements for Oracle Fusion HCM Canada projects.
• Translate complex technical solutions for diverse audiences including technical and management teams.
• Guide projects through SDLC and ensure smooth delivery and system performance.
• Coordinate integrations, data migrations and reporting for Payroll, Core HR and Benefits modules.
