Introduction

Oracle Record-to-Report (R2R) is a set of integrated business processes within the Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP system that encompasses the entire accounting cycle from recording financial transactions to producing financial reports.

As an Oracle Record-to-Report (R2R) consultant, your role involves configuring, implementing, and optimizing R2R processes within Oracle ERP systems.

Your role and responsibilities

An R2R functional consultant should have a strong background in:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise: In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules relevant to R2R processes, including General Ledger (with Allocations and Elimination rules), Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Cash Management.
• Good to have knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Oracle Fusion roles, privileges, etc.
• Reporting skills in OTBI, BIP, and FRS.
• Agile framework understanding.
• Business process improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
• Strong analytical skills.

Required technical and professional expertise

• 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Strong expertise in AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management processes, including invoicing, payment processing, asset management, and cash management.
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Expert (OCE) certification in Oracle Financials is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and trend identification.

Preferred technical and professional experience
