Job description

Introduction

Oracle Record-to-Report (R2R) is a set of integrated business processes within the Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP system that encompasses the entire accounting cycle from recording financial transactions to producing financial reports.

As an Oracle Record-to-Report (R2R) consultant, your role involves configuring, implementing, and optimizing the R2R processes within Oracle ERP systems.

Your role and responsibilities

An R2R functional consultant should have a strong background in:

  1. Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise: In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules relevant to R2R processes, including General Ledger (including Allocations and Elimination rules), Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Cash Management.
  2. Good to have knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  3. Oracle Fusion knowledge on roles, privileges, etc.
  4. Reporting skills in OTBI, BIP, and FRS.
  5. Familiarity with Agile framework.
  6. Business process improvement skills.
  7. Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
  8. Strong analytical skills.

Required technical and professional expertise

Hiring managers and recruiters should collaborate to create relevant verbiage.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Strong expertise in AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management processes, including invoicing, payment processing, asset management, and cash management.
  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Expert (OCE) certification in Oracle Financials is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and trend identification.
