We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong integration experience, particularly in cloud-native technologies. This role requires hands-on expertise in RMS, PLSQL, and UNIX, as well as experience in web services, messaging systems, and modern microservices-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications around Oracle Retail RMS.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including offshore to ensure business and technical alignment.
• Design and develop complex application logic involving Oracle PLSQL, shell scripting, and Oracle AQ.
• Optimize SQL and PLSQL performance for large-scale retail data environments.
• Contribute to systems integration using REST APIs, Kafka, and Java Springboot.
• Support and maintain Web Services and event-driven architecture.
• Implement microservices using containers (e.g., Kubernetes) on cloud platforms like Azure or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application reliability and scalability.

Required Skills:

• Strong techno-functional experience in Oracle RMS (Retail Merchandising System).
• Advanced experience in Oracle PLSQL, UNIX shell scripting, Oracle AQ, messaging systems.
• Proven SQL/PLSQL performance tuning capabilities.
• Experience with web service-oriented architecture and integrations.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture, containers, microservices, and REST APIs is a strong plus.
• Hands-on with Kafka, Java Springboot, Azure Kubernetes, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially working with offshore teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in the retail industry or similar enterprise environments.
