Oracle Functional Analyst - Remote / Telecommute

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Leaders and ERP Program Operational Team members to define business problems, analyze options, and propose functional solutions.
• Deliver and support IT solutions that align with client business requirements, adhere to standards, and ensure information integrity within Oracle Fusion environments.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and understand client and technical requirements.
• Identify and document key business drivers.
• Develop, review, and update project deliverables such as business cases, process diagrams, SOPs, and functional requirements.
• Work with the ERP Program Operational Team and business units to define and document benefits, outcomes, and measures related to releases.
• Participate in creating testing strategies, plans, and cases to facilitate smooth transitions to training and deployment.
• Contribute to release management by providing input to the Release Coordinator and operations team.
• Assist business lines in adopting new processes, including analysis and best practice recommendations.
• Support systems configuration, integration, reporting, automation, workflow, and testing efforts.
• Develop expertise in how the ERP solutions operate across multiple business domains.

Mandate Requirements

• A university degree in relevant disciplines with a minimum of five years of experience guiding business process improvements.
• Alternatively, a 2-year college diploma with at least seven years of related experience, including analysis and documentation of business processes and systems.
• Seven years of experience as a Business Analyst in requirements elicitation, analysis, and IT solution implementation related to business transformation.
• Five years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud products such as HR Management, Financial Management, Procurement, and EPM.

Scored Requirements

• Five years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud in HR, Procurement, or Finance.
• Five years of experience with Oracle Cloud EPM.
• Three years of experience with Oracle Maintenance Cloud (OMC).
• Five years of experience assessing impacts and risks of customization within SaaS applications.
• Experience with ERP solutions in HR, Finance, and Procurement fields.
• SaaS implementation experience is advantageous.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively, with details on methods and sources used.
• Seven years of experience in documenting and developing business processes for technical solutions.
• Seven years of experience facilitating requirement workshops.
• Seven years of experience implementing technical solutions in operational environments.
• Seven years of experience documenting traceable requirements for testing and validation.
• Experience developing operational procedures, standards, or policies to achieve business outcomes.
• Details on deliverables and approaches used in their production.

Certifications from recognized professional business analysis associations and language skills are assets.
