Your role:

We seek a skilled Oracle & Finance Automations Analyst to support and optimize our Oracle Fusion ERP system, develop financial automation solutions, and ensure smooth integration with other processes. This role requires deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, finance operations, and automation technologies.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, Fixed Assets)
  • Troubleshooting system issues and collaborating with IT/vendors
  • Monitoring system performance and implementing improvements
  • Identifying opportunities for finance process automation
  • Developing and testing automation solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud, RPA, Databricks, Python
  • Collaborating with finance teams to meet business needs
  • Ensuring seamless system integration and workflow optimization
  • Maintaining documentation of configurations and processes
  • Training end-users and providing ongoing support

Must-have qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • At least 3 years supporting Oracle Fusion ERP, especially finance modules
  • Experience in developing finance automation solutions
  • Knowledge of integration tools (OIC, RPA) and automation technologies (Databricks, Python)
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP modules
  • Understanding of finance processes and accounting principles
  • SQL familiarity
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Oracle Fusion ERP certification
  • Experience in the Consumer Retail industry
