What you will be doing:
Contribute to the successful implementation of Oracle EPM by engaging in requirement gatherings, system design, architecture review and configuration activities.
Serve as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders and implementation partner, ensuring the solution design aligns with business needs and project goals.
Facilitate data integration between Oracle EPM and JD Edwards, Oracle EBS and Sage 300.
Lead internal testing efforts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
Deliver training and provide ongoing support to Oracle EPM users, while maintaining and updating internal training documentation.
Monitor and resolve post-implementation performance and system issues to ensure operational stability.
Develop and implement internal governance structure and long-term support strategies to sustain solution post-deployment.
What you must have:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation or support of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) systems, including at least 2 years of direct, hands-on experience with Oracle EPM modules such as Data Management, FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, and/or TRCS.
Strong understanding of cloud upgrade cycles, security provisioning, and SOX compliance requirements.
Advanced understanding of FP&A, Consolidation and Reconciliation Processes.
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work cross-functionally with site teams, Corporate Finance and external consultants in a global and multicultural environment.
Salary/Rate Range: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00
