Your role and responsibilities

The specialized Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant works with project teams and client stakeholders to implement cloud computing solutions using Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) products. You must also have management experience in a range of projects, preferably in Cloud-based technologies, combined with practical experience in the configuration of principal EPM processes. Your experience includes, among others, leading workshops, generating product and service deliverables, configuring applications, performing complete tests for successful production deployment and providing advice on best practices for commercial processes. The key to success is the ability to work with teams whose members are dispersed worldwide and the know-how to deal with different time zones and cultures.

As a member of our larger IBM Oracle practice, you will be able work with the industry’s best, and further hone your expertise in Oracle Cloud, along our Digital Change, Digital Reinvention and Cognitive solutions.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud EPM Functional Architect / Lead or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM modules, including Planning, Profitability & Cost Management, Financial Consolidation & Close, Narrative Reporting, Account Reconciliation and Enterprise Data Management

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools

• 5 years experience in completing two deployments of a full lifecycle of the Oracle EPM Cloud suite.

• 5 years or more of relevant business and industry experience

• Fluency in French
