We are currently seeking an Oracle EBS Solution Architect to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Job Duties:

1. Provide support and implement enhancements and extensions as per business requirements for Oracle EBS Manufacturing, Inventory, OM, Purchasing application modules.
2. Prepare functional designs for all functional business requirements and support all functional activities.
3. Assist the team with feasibility analysis, participate in development activities, and perform tests on data migration.
4. Prepare deployment plans and customize Oracle applications as required, collaborating with application developers.
5. Utilize best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output to maximize performance.
6. Create business process flow charts for customer and technical review.
7. Build relationships with customers to improve services and ensure service levels are met.
8. Manage and resolve service tickets related to Oracle applications.
9. Perform troubleshooting on Oracle application issues, provide production support, and develop test scripts for fixes.
10. Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure quality delivery of work products.

Preferred Skills:

1. Over eight years of experience with Oracle EBS SCM modules.
2. Experience in more than three end-to-end Oracle EBS SCM implementations.
3. Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and contract manufacturing processes.
4. Expertise in Oracle Inventory, OM, PO, and Manufacturing modules.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
6. Hands-on experience with system configuration, requirement gathering, CRP, test script creation, and UAT support.
7. Experience coordinating with software vendors for defect resolution.
8. Ability to review deliverables and coordinate with team members.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Ability to work effectively in a consulting and team environment.
11. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
12. Experience leading a team of consultants.
