Job Description

Infosys is seeking an Oracle EBS HCM OTL Technical Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and support the current EBS OTL System. The role involves leading discussions on the design and development of components such as Data migration, integrations, and reports for OTL areas.

Skills

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario or be willing to relocate. Travel may be required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to candidates with three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.

Experience: At least 4 years of IT experience. Candidates authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship are welcome; note that immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, or relevant work experience
2. 10+ years of IT experience
3. 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS OTL module in a technical capacity
4. Understanding of EBS OTL table structures
5. Technical skills in extracts, Forms, Reports in EBS
6. Experience working in a global delivery environment
7. Knowledge of full SDLC lifecycle
8. Experience with Lean / Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

1. 5+ years of technical experience with Oracle EBS OTL
2. Proficiency in all EBS Technical areas
3. Ability to lead discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reports
4. Knowledge of tools like HDL, Extract, BI reporting
5. Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
6. Experience managing a team of 5+ members is a plus
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Information

The role may involve extensive travel and extended periods working at a computer. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively via telephone, email, and face-to-face.

Estimated annual compensation for Ontario: $89,004 to $103,042.
