Job summary

CloudAvanti is seeking an Oracle Cloud Technical Lead to guide clients through Oracle ERP, HCM, and SCM initiatives from a remote Canada base. You’ll design and deliver OIC solutions, implement HDL/FBDI migrations, and create BI Publisher/FDI reports while staying current with Oracle updates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud technologies and OIC development.
• Expertise in BI Publisher and FDI reporting/analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Fast Formulas for HCM and Payroll.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Bring deep technical expertise across Oracle ERP, HCM and/or SCM for client projects.
• Design and deliver Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions connecting cloud and on-prem apps.
• Create polished reports with BI Publisher and FDI.
• Lead data migration, validation, and HDL/FBDI template use.
• Develop Fast Formulas for HCM and Payroll and troubleshoot as needed.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Bring deep technical expertise across Oracle ERP, HCM and/or SCM to help clients get the most from their investment.
• Design and deliver Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions that connect cloud and on-prem applications seamlessly.
• Create insightful, polished reports with BI Publisher and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
• Lead data migration, validation, and transformation using HDL/FBDI templates.
• Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas to meet business needs in HCM and Payroll.
• Partner with business and functional teams to turn requirements into elegant technical solutions.
• Resolve technical issues quickly, effectively, and with a smile.
• Keep your edge sharp by staying on top of Oracle updates, trends, and emerging tools.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong, proven experience in Oracle Cloud technologies—especially OIC development.
• Expertise in BI Publisher and FDI reporting and analytics.
• Skilled in Fast Formulas for Oracle HCM and Payroll.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and XML/XSLT transformations.
• Oracle ERP, HCM, or SCM experience a plus.
