Job description

The Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs) is the engine for reinvention in our clients’ transformation journey. Powered by more than 255,000* people across 24 countries, ATCs provide our clients seamless access to industry insights and innovative technology solutions.

As an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Cash Management/Accounts Receivable Consultant, daily tasks include:

1. Provide AMS support for Oracle Cloud ERP Cash Management (CM) and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
2. Lead implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP CM and AR modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
3. Review, apply, and test quarterly updates for the CM and AR modules to ensure they remain current.
4. Manage and execute data migration, conversion, and integration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
5. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.
6. Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of CM and AR functionalities.
7. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, offshore teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.
9. Design, build, and test P2P reports.
10. Configure and implement AR/AP netting process.
11. English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.

This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week at your local office.
