The Work:

Responsibilities:

  • As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits is required. Advanced proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud is recommended.
  • Must have Oracle Cloud Benefits hands-on experience and knowledge with integrations and touch points with HR and Payroll Must have experience with interfaces to third party vendors inbound/outbound files Must have experience with configurations of life events, benefit rates, benefits plans, knowledge with fast formula and benefits reports.
  • Good to have hand-on experience with annual Open Enrollment processes Should have hands-on production support experience
  • This role requires two days per week at the local corporate office and will involve travel as required by the client.

Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits
  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
  • English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement
