Arobas Personnel is looking for an Oracle 11i Administrator for one of its clients.

Are you passionate about Oracle system administration and ready for a new challenge?

Your Responsibilities :

  • Perform daily administration of the Oracle 11i environment (user access, performance monitoring, backups, etc.).
  • Apply patches and updates to maintain system stability and performance.
  • Document system configurations and technical procedures.
  • Work closely with the current administrator to ensure a smooth knowledge transfer.
  • Provide technical support, including 24/7 availability when required.
  • Act as a consultant on system evolution and optimization.
  • Participate in future migration or upgrade projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle 11i architecture, modules, and functionality.
  • Proven experience in installation, configuration, and performance tuning of Oracle databases.
  • Familiarity with IBM Power AIX environments.
  • Proficiency with standard Oracle administration tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to clearly document and effectively transfer knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
