Optometrist (Part-Time or Full-Time / Independent - Flexible Hours)

Are you a licensed Optometrist seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work in modern, high-traffic locations? Our client is looking for a personable and experienced Optometrist to provide top-quality eye care services on Vancouver Island .

As an Optometrist , you will deliver routine eye care and vision services in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. With flexible scheduling and full administrative support, you'll be empowered to focus on providing exceptional care-on your own terms. This opportunity is well-suited for established professionals looking to expand their practice or re-enter the field with a flexible, low-overhead setup.

This role would be open for those throughout Vancouver Island & Lower Mainland as long as they are comfortable traveling a few days of week to cover the Vancouver Island territory _

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments

Diagnose visual and ocular health concerns and prescribe corrective lenses or treatments

Educate patients on eye care and preventative measures

Collaborate with in-house optical teams to ensure seamless patient experiences across all locations

REQUIREMENTS

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and active licensure in British Columbia

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and travel between multiple clinic locations

Commitment to providing patient-first, high-quality vision care
