Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Markdale, ON. Our new South Gate Eye Care location in Dundalk, ON is opening September 12. The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting eye exams, diagnosing and treating eye conditions, prescribing corrective lenses, and providing patient education on eye health. The Optometrist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals and maintain accurate patient records. Regular interaction with patients to discuss treatment options and follow-up care is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Active optometry license in the province of Ontario
  • Proficiency in conducting comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing eye conditions
