Job summary

FYidoctors Sardis clinic is seeking a part-time Optician to join a collaborative team. You will educate patients on eyewear options, guide selections for style and vision, and perform repairs and adjustments to ensure comfort and fit.

Candidates must have at least 1 year in an optical setting and be registered in British Columbia, with strong tech skills and superb communication. The clinic operates 20-29 hours weekly, Monday through Saturday, with competitive wages and supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in an optical setting.
• Registered Optician in British Columbia.
• Proficient with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively.

This position is a part-time role working 20-29hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.
