FYidoctors - Georgian Bay - Mosley St clinic in Wasaga Beach, ON is seeking an Optician for a full-time fixed-term role through October 2027. The position offers 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with competitive wages and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities include educating patients on eyewear, assisting with eyewear selection and fittings, performing repairs, and coaching teammates to uphold optical standards. Ontario-registered opticians are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in an optical setting.
• Registered Optician in Ontario.
• Proficient with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively.
