Each of our 181 Optical clinics, conveniently located in our grocery stores, plays an important role in servicing our customers. By offering ease and convenience of a one-stop-shop we provide amazing service, incredible product quality and industry-leading value supported by the world-class PC Optimum program. We are on a mission to deliver affordable, high-quality eyewear to more Canadians.

What you'll do:

  1. Deliver exceptional experience and build a rapport with customers.
  2. Inspire the team to provide best in class customer service by leading by example.
  3. Be an eyewear expert on the floor.
  4. Take measurements, fit, adjust, repair & dispense eyeglasses, contact lenses and specialty eyewear with a focus on customer happiness.
  5. Simplify and communicate optical terminology to our customers.
  6. Handle store operations in the absence of the Manager.
  7. Order and receive product daily.
  8. Commitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging.

What you bring:

  1. Provincially licensed within the jurisdiction and a minimum of 1-year Optical experience.
  2. Management experience is an asset.
  3. Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  4. Highly organized, diligent, with strong time management capabilities.
  5. Enthusiastic and concise communication to meet & exceed customer expectations.
  6. A love for fashion, eyewear, and the retail industry.

Hiring Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 (per year). A candidate’s experience and knowledge as well as the geographical region in which the position is located may be factored into the pay a candidate receives for this position.
