The Optical market is evolving, and Loblaw has bold ambitions to grow with it. Each of our 181 Optical clinics, located in grocery stores, plays a vital role in servicing our customers. We aim to provide convenience, excellent service, high-quality products, and industry-leading value supported by the PC Optimum program. Our mission is to deliver affordable, high-quality eyewear to more Canadians.

What you'll do:
  1. Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build rapport with clients.
  2. Inspire the team to provide best-in-class service by leading by example.
  3. Be an eyewear expert on the floor.
  4. Take measurements, fit, adjust, repair, and dispense eyeglasses, contact lenses, and specialty eyewear with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  5. Simplify and communicate optical terminology to customers.
  6. Handle store operations in the absence of the Manager.
  7. Order and receive products daily.
  8. Promote a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging.
What you bring:
  1. Provincially licensed within your jurisdiction and at least 1 year of optical experience.
  2. Management experience is an asset.
  3. Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  4. Highly organized, diligent, with strong time management skills.
  5. Enthusiastic and concise communicator who exceeds customer expectations.
  6. A passion for fashion, eyewear, and retail industry.
