Requirements

• High school diploma required, post secondary education preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Sales experience is an asset
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrates the ability to address patient concerns
• Excellent communication skills with colleagues and patient
• Passion for optics, eyewear, and luxury products
• English speaking required, Chinese speaking (Mandarin or Cantonese) a plus
• Nice to have: Optician license

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Use company tools to build clientele and achieve sales
• Ensure each customer is welcomed into the store in a warm and sincere manner
• Help patients select the appropriate frame and lenses on site
• Optician duties for licensed holders
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete tasks
• Perform office/administrative duties (Emails, phone calls, any communication portals).
