CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a PM Engineering Ops Manager to oversee a team delivering technical and operational support to account staff.

The role entails supervising staff, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships in a dynamic engineering services environment. You will guide process improvements, manage department goals, and ensure operations align with CBRE standards while keeping regulatory records current.

Responsabilidades

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Manage the profits and losses of the department or a specific division.
• Develop goals and initiatives to direct the department's course.
• Guide managers in implementing company initiatives and policies.
• Evaluate company processes and procedures to solve issues within them.
• Ensure business operations are implemented based on established procedures.
• Keep track of regulatory records and paperwork.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
• Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues that may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

About the Role:

As a CBRE PM Engineering Ops Manager, you will assist with the management of the team responsible providing technical and operational support to the account staff.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
