We are seeking a passionate and skilled dental associate to join our family-centered dental practice. Our office is committed to providing exceptional dental care in a warm and welcoming environment where patients of all ages feel comfortable and cared for. As a dental associate, you will play a vital role in helping us uphold this commitment and deliver top-notch dental services to our community.

This position is available to either full-time or part-time candidates.

Responsibilities Of The Position

  1. Provide comprehensive dental treatment for patients of all ages.
  2. Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual needs and oral health goals, while ensuring clear communication and understanding with patients and their families.
  3. Patient education.
  4. Collaboration with a team of dental assistants, dental hygienists and administrative staff, to ensure the delivery of seamless and high quality patient care.
  5. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments performed, adhering to all legal and ethical standards of patient confidentiality and requirements of all legislative bodies (RCDSO, Public Health, etc.).
  6. Fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere within the office, building strong relationships with patients and colleagues based on trust, respect, and empathy.
Qualifications

  1. New graduates are welcome!
  2. Completion of DDS/DMD program from an accredited University OR the successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
  3. Registered (and in good standing) or in the process of completing registration with the RCDSO.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  5. Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues in providing exceptional patient experiences.
  6. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to dentistry, with a genuine desire to help patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health.
