Qualifications
  • Keen understanding of inventory management, planning, and warehouse management systems
  • 2 years or more of experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related technical field (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset
  • Highly organized and adaptable team player
  • Effective in high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism
  • Skilled in multitasking with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished goods inventory, performing regular cycle counts and month-end tasks to ensure data integrity
  • Manage stock transfers and reconcile inventory input/output for Accounts Payable, ensuring timely updates and resolution of discrepancies
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, develop KPIs, and generate performance reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Utilize inventory management systems such as JBT, DSI, JDE, and Excel to track, manage, and report inventory activities efficiently
  • Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate delivery appointments and proactively address issues that may impact inventory levels
  • Work cross-functionally with quality, logistics, and finance teams to maintain accurate inventory records and streamline operations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and optimize warehouse space utilization
