Qualifications
- Keen understanding of inventory management, planning, and warehouse management systems
- 2 years or more of experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related technical field (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset
- Highly organized and adaptable team player
- Effective in high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism
- Skilled in multitasking with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished goods inventory, performing regular cycle counts and month-end tasks to ensure data integrity
- Manage stock transfers and reconcile inventory input/output for Accounts Payable, ensuring timely updates and resolution of discrepancies
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, develop KPIs, and generate performance reports to support strategic decision-making
- Utilize inventory management systems such as JBT, DSI, JDE, and Excel to track, manage, and report inventory activities efficiently
- Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate delivery appointments and proactively address issues that may impact inventory levels
- Work cross-functionally with quality, logistics, and finance teams to maintain accurate inventory records and streamline operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and optimize warehouse space utilization
