Job description

We are seeking qualified candidates for Machine Operators and Forklift Operators at our New Annan location for future needs. The successful candidates will be enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals willing to work with us. This is an upcoming opening. Annual Salary:

$20.55/hr - $26.74/hr

Responsibilities:

• Box and bag opening
• Stacking boxes onto equipment and pallets
• General cleanup around the workstation
• Sanitation of the work area
• Assisting in packaging and cleanup activities

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

• Wearing protective equipment as per policy
• Following safe work procedures
• Reporting unsafe conditions or acts immediately
• Reporting accidents or injuries promptly

Food Safety Responsibilities:

• Adhering to GMP and HACCP rules
• Participating in food safety and quality programs
• Reporting concerns to supervisors
• Participating in sanitation activities

Qualifications:

• Availability for 12-hour rotational shifts

Physical Requirements:

• Standing/walking for 12 hours
• Squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting, ladder and stairs use
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
