Job description

Midland Transport is seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative based at our Head Office in Dieppe, NB.

We are looking for someone with the drive to go above and beyond in providing Superior Quality Service for our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-call resolution by responding to inquiries via our toll-free customer service line and website.

The position is Monday to Friday day shift.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School diploma
  • Bilingualism in French and English (mandatory)
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Post-secondary education and call center experience in a fast-paced environment, with knowledge of the transportation industry, are assets

  • Enter pickups and deliveries accurately and timely
  • Coordinate special freight movements, trace shipments, and research adjustments
  • Provide excellent customer service aligned with company values and policies
  • Support team members and contribute to team efforts
