Bartender

Location: Palm Haven Lounge & Bar

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages with flair and accuracy
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service

Requirements:

• Proven bartending experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Mixology certification is a plus

Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Main Lobby

Job Type: Full-Time / Shifts Available

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out
• Handle reservations and answer phone/hidden inquiries
• Provide information about the hotel and local attractions
• Ensure guest satisfaction with a warm and professional demeanor

Requirements:

• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency with reservation software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Friendly, polished, and well-organized

Cook/Chef

Location: Palm Haven Kitchen

Job Type: Full-Time / Morning & Evening Shifts

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality meals according to set menus and recipes
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and proper food safety practices
• Assist in inventory control and restocking
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and serving staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cook in a hotel or restaurant setting
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards
• Culinary training or certification is a plus
