West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd. is seeking Mill Operators for the Madsen Gold Mine in Red Lake, Ontario. You will operate mill equipment and processing circuits on a 14/14 FIFO rotation, contributing to safe, reliable ore processing in a busy mill environment.

Ideal candidates are safety-focused, physically fit, with 3+ years milling experience and strong mechanical aptitude. Training and a camp-based FIFO schedule are provided.

Qualifications

• Comply with safety standards and maintain high operational excellence.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Physically fit to perform demanding mill tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, 12-hour shifts).
• 3+ years in a milling environment with high mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to pass background checks, pre-employment physicals and drug/alcohol tests.
• Experience operating mobile equipment: skid steer, forklift, rock truck.
• Ability to monitor and operate mill circuits (Grinding, Leaching, Reagents, Tailings, Crushing, Elution, Control Room).
