How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The filling plant operator will be responsible for the filling and movement of cylinders of Medical and Industrial gases, as well as quality control based on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

• Preparing empty cylinders for filling
• Filling and handling high-pressure cylinders while following safety requirements
• Ensuring quality and safety control
• Participating in administration and ongoing process improvement
• Preparing, inspecting, setting up, monitoring, and operating filling equipment
• Communicating with maintenance and management regarding cylinder issues
• Following all safety rules and standard practices
• Maintaining workstation cleanliness and housekeeping standards
• Improving efficiency through teamwork
• Producing quality products within the required time frame
• Performing quality tests for fill weights, labeling, and coding
• Cleaning product tanks properly
• Performing tasks in other areas as needed
• Handling cylinders, including lifting or rolling as necessary
• Operating material handling equipment, including forklifts
• Shipping cylinders in accordance with TDG regulations
• Assembling pallets and loading/unloading trucks

Are you a MATCH?

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the industrial sector
• High school diploma; qualified in Medical filling process and GMP
• Knowledge of compressed gases is an asset
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Forklift experience is an asset
• Must be physically fit, have a strong work ethic, and be a quick learner
