With Superheat you will join a strong, experienced team at a company with almost 25 years of Remote Operator Heat Treatment expertise. We pride ourselves as the premier heat treatment provider, developing all our processes, technology, and software in-house.

This position requires strong computer and technical skills as it is 100% computer work. In addition, this position starts with 8hr rotating shift, then advancing to rotating shift work - 12-hour days, and nights, including weekends.

  • Create all client chart packages and distribute them upon completion of the heat treatment cycle.
  • At the end of each shift, complete shift turnover for incoming shift change.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
  • You can work independently while also being a valuable team player. You can identify and prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance and are comfortable seeking clarification when required.
  • Attention to detail is essential; we work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of data transfer from client documentation to our SmartView database. Flexibility is also crucial, as our workload varies depending on customer demands.
  • A strong technical mindset is a must-have, with excellent problem-solving skills and a good understanding of processes. You need to be adaptable and open to changes, as our customers have unique requirements, and we continually refine our processes to deliver the best experience.
