Job description

  • Load and/or unload bulk, drummed, toted, or bagged material from company trucks, common carriers, and tankers.
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner and follow all rules and regulations.
  • Properly care for and use all equipment such as forklifts, drum handling equipment, pumps, hoses, etc.
  • Secure dual sign-off before transferring any product from one vessel to another.
  • Properly use materials such as labels, placards, stenciling, and paint.
  • Perform packaging and blending of hazardous/non-hazardous chemicals into proper containers (e.g., tote, drum, bulk).
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly warehouse environment.
  • Follow all operating procedures, work instructions, and quality systems.
  • Report non-conformances using proper forms.
  • Attend safety and quality meetings and participate actively.
  • Complete all required training in the Regulatory/Compliance Training Program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Your Profile

Experience/Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar industrial/chemical role.
  • Ability to repeatedly bend, lift, push, pull, and move up to 100 pounds, using proper techniques.
  • Ability to wear protective equipment such as safety goggles, Tyvek suits, steel-toed boots, etc.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with forklift operation and general warehouse duties.
  • Employment contingent upon background check, pre-employment fitness, E-Verify, and drug screening.
