Engineering Services supports the City by providing essential services like water supply, sewerage, drainage, refuse removal, street access, lighting, and regulatory functions including traffic control, parking enforcement, transportation planning, and utility corridors preservation.
Street Cleaning Operations in the Sanitation Services Branch maintains city streets, laneways, and parks. The Operations Worker II drives City vehicles and performs manual labor to collect litter, debris, and waste.
Successful applicants must meet Branch expectations regarding availability; functional and physical assessments may be required.
This position is for Night Shift only. Night Shift involves four nights per week, including weekends, working a 10-hour shift from 8:30 pm to 7:00 am, scheduled over a 7-day week. Shift adjustments may be required based on operational needs and collective agreement.
