We are currently seeking an Operations Team Member to join our dedicated Care Center team. This role is essential to our promise of care and compassion, supporting the dignified handling of pet aftercare. From operating cremation equipment to preparing meaningful keepsakes like paw prints and plaques, you will play a vital role in honouring the memory of beloved companions.

What You’ll Do :

• Operate the retort and process cremated remains with precision and compassion
• Create and package personalized paw prints and engraved memorial items
• Maintain daily cremation goals while ensuring quality control
• Monitor, adjust, and maintain equipment to ensure operational excellence
• Support general cleaning, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures related to materials and equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned within the Care Center team

What You Bring :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in a service-oriented industry
• Valid driver’s license may be required
• Passion for pets and empathy for pet parents
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Comfortable working independently or in a close-knit team
• Physically capable of lifting 100+ lbs and performing repetitive tasks
• Commitment to safety, compassion, and quality in all aspects of the role

Working Conditions :

• Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, kneeling, and handling of deceased pets
• Exposure to high heat, noise levels, and physical work conditions
• Extended periods on your feet or operating equipment
