• Location: Calgary North Depot, 30 Aero Dr NE
• Hours of work: 25 hours per week, must be available to work Saturdays. Shifts between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm.
• Wage: $25.59 per hour

Description

The Operations Support Representative collects, enters, and tracks data used in reporting, prepares manager reports, and maintains documents to ensure accuracy. The role also involves troubleshooting and maintaining handheld package scanners and related inventory/equipment to ensure continuous operation.

Responsibilities

• Enter billing and shipping data; reconcile Chain of Signature (COS) documents.
• Prepare, collect, track, and store courier documentation.
• Manage courier documentation in the Red Bin and prepare it for dispatch to the Hub.
• Complete administrative functions.
• Track transponder usage logs and ensure return of all transponders.
• Prepare reports for managers to ensure accuracy.
• Test, maintain, and replace batteries in handheld scanners.
• Send malfunctioning scanners for repair and coordinate with repair vendors.
• Respond to emails and resolve document issues with Lead Hand, managers, and vendors.

Additional Requirements

Experience: At least 3 months working with computers or technology, troubleshooting scanners and printers.

Skills: Operations procedures, document management, computer operations standards.

Work Conditions

Retail and warehouse environment.
