Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Support Manager to oversee and grow our operations in Moncton, New Brunswick. This on-site leadership role is critical in maintaining service excellence, managing front-line personnel, and building strong relationships with clients. In the early stages, the position will involve both supervisory responsibilities and working operational shifts as a licensed guard to support immediate service needs.

As the region develops, the focus will transition more toward team building, quality control, and strategic expansion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to be part of a fast-growing, values-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of all security personnel in the region
• Respond to after-hours calls and incidents as needed
• Schedule, deploy, and monitor security staff assignments
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control visits
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of new staff
• Administer performance reviews and corrective action when necessary
• Assist with regional business development and expansion initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the security industry
• Strong knowledge of current security practices and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong time-management and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid security license in New Brunswick (or ability to obtain)
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed
• Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field (preferred, but not required)
