About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Operations Support Engineer to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities: The role primarily involves providing first and second level technical support for a third shift team. Responsibilities include logging into servers and devices, following documented instructions, triaging technical issues, escalating events, and communicating with team members and customers. The role requires familiarity with Microsoft Server 2012 and 2008, Linux operating systems, and data center monitoring tools like SCOM. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years of operations support experience
  • 1+ years experience with a federal agency or contractor
  • 3+ years in Information Technology

Additional Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or clearance
  • Familiarity with IIS, Apache, WebLogic, JBOSS, enterprise storage, Microsoft clustering, Hyper-V, VMWare, backup software, and ITIL knowledge (Foundation certification preferred)

Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
