Developed with CIFFA, the program provides structured training alongside real, hands-on work in our operations. As a full-time DSV employee, you will gain practical experience while completing CIFFA-certified modules and participating in on-site learning. Compensation is $42,000 for year one and $47,000 for year two.
This program requires in-person attendance from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

SUMMARY

Trainees commit to a two (2) year training period and are to be inducted into the functions of freight forwarding and logistics by way of a structured training program with a strong tailored combination of on-site job training combined with in built CIFFA Certified training modules.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary duty is to process shipments in a respective Road division department that will range in complexity, which may include overland road, oversized or out of gauge shipments.
• These tasks are to be performed within the Company standards with emphasis on cost efficiency and industry standards.
• Advise department Supervisor, or Manager of any transaction problems or irregularities.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, such as the Code of Conduct, assigned work schedules, and attendance requirements.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.
• Trainee to offer feedback on the department they have worked in.
