Job description

The work mode arrangement for the position is full-time on-site work.

The incumbent carries out various operational activities related to processes associated with caisse products and services. They perform supplemental transactions resulting from the transfer of activities to the various affected Desjardins components. Specifically, the responsibilities include:

  1. Processing and reconciling reports and requests for all caisse sectors, including handling follow-up activities with members and customers as needed.
  2. Inputting, validating, and saving data in the system.
  3. Carrying out liaison activities with relevant Desjardins components and processing transaction notices with follow-up.
  4. Performing search requests and organizing information according to procedures.
  5. Managing filing and document storage activities in compliance with current practices and regulations.
  6. Handling calls from the AccèsD Contact Centre, proposing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  7. Ensuring timely completion of activities with quality standards and maintaining transaction security.
